Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued to the Cardiff Employment Tribunals on 9 April 2021. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rule of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorized deductions from the claimant’s wage and must pay the claimant £160.80 gross.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to redundancy payment of £1,055.83.[4]The hearing listed on 15 October 2021 is cancelled I act in accordance with my powers under Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure 2013.
