[1]On 28 June 2018, the tribunal wrote to the parties to ask if the claim should be struck out on the basis of not being actively pursued. A response was requested by 5 July 2018. This followed correspondence from the respondent explaining that, in its view, the claim had been settled at the stage of ACAS early conciliation. The claimant has failed to reply and, consequently, the claim is struck out.[2]The Tribunal acts in accordance with its powers under Rules 29 and 37(1)(d) of its Rules of Procedure.
