JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and detriment related to leave for family and domestic reasons were not brought within the period of three months beginning with the effective date of termination or the date of the act or failure to act to which his complaint relates. It had either been reasonably practicable for the claims to have been brought within those periods. His claims are therefore dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim of harassment related to sex was not brought within the period of three months beginning with the date of the act to which his complaint related, and it was not just and equitable to extend time. His claim is therefore dismissed.
