JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £52.80.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1710.00.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £501.60.[4]The respondent was in breach of their duty to the claimant under section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £570.00 under section 38 (3) (b) Employment Act 2002.[5]The total award amounts to £2834.40.[6]The claimant shall give credit to the respondent for the sum of £1855.00 already paid to the claimant.[7]The respondent is therefore ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £979.40. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No: 1600374/2023
