JUDGMENT
The claims for unfair dismissal, detriment suffered as a result of making a protected disclosure, breach of the right to be accompanied, notice pay (breach of contract) and holiday pay are all dismissed because they were presented outside the periods specified by sections 23, 48 and 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, section 11 of the Employment Relations Act 1999, regulation 7 of the ETs Extension of Jurisdiction (E&W) Order 1994 and regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998. Consequently the Employment Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear them.
