The respondent having confirmed that it does not resist the claimant’s claims, and there being sufficient material before me to enable a proper determination to be made, I uphold the following claims:• Basic Award and Notice Pay: £5,774.63• Loss of Earnings: £3,201.81• Unpaid Wages: £1,948.71 Total: £10,925.15 The claimant is responsible for any income tax or employee national insurance contributions that may be due on the sums awarded in respect of unpaid wages and unpaid holiday pay. The hearing listed on 26 June 2019 is cancelled. I act in accordance with my powers under Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure 2013.
