UPON the Tribunal considering the Claimant’s claim AND UPON the Respondent having failed to file a Response to the Claim AND UPON hearing the Claimant’s evidence, including his oral evidence The Tribunal upholds the following complaints and makes the following awards:[1]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,590.80 in respect of unlawful deductions from wages.[2]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £385.12 in respect of holiday pay.[3]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,114.92 in respect of notice pay.
