[1]In the absence of an ET3 response form from the respondent, the following claim brought by the claimant is upheld: Unlawful deduction of wages.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1,400.00 in compensation as calculated as set out below.[3]The claimant’s application for additional sums is not well founded, the sums claimed are not losses arising out of the failure to pay wages.
