JUDGMENT
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is as follows:[1]The claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The Claimant is entitled to one week’s notice pay at £288.75.[3]The Claimant is entitled to 7.54 days’ holiday pay at £311.03.[4]Further to s.38 of the Employment Act 2002 the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the minimum award of two weeks’ pay for failing to issue her with a full set of employment particulars in compliance with s.1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. This is a total of £577.50. Case No: 1600344/2018[5]Having regard to our findings at 1. to 4. above the total that the Respondent is liable to pay to the Claimant is £1, 177.28.
