JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent on 10 November 2017. His claim of unfair dismissal is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment regarding notice of termination.[3]Following announcement of the above judgment the parties confirmed settlement of the claimant’s claim for an award in respect of the judgments at paragraphs 1 and 2 above. In accordance with the agreement reached between the parties the respondent shall pay to the claimant £5,523.29. The tribunal did not hear evidence about remedy or make an award; the recoupment provisions do not apply.
