JUDGMENT
[1]Parties having agreed terms of settlement, during the course of this hearing, these proceedings are stayed until 9th August 2019, to enable the parties to comply with those terms of settlement.[2]On 16th August 2019, the Claimant’s claims will be dismissed upon withdrawal, unless the Claimant has written to the Tribunal indicating he wishes these proceedings to continue.[3]If the Respondent fails to comply with the terms of settlement (ie make the payment to the Claimant by 9th August 2019), it is essential that the Claimant writes to the Tribunal before 16th August 2019 – the effect of paragraph 2 of this Judgment means these proceedings will be automatically struck out, without the need for any further order or application, if the Tribunal has no further contact from the Claimant prior to that date. _____________________________ Employment Judge Howden-Evans Dated: 19th July 2019
