Although the email from one of the Claimants, Mr Leigh Allen, indicates he did not receive any communication from the Tribunal asking for reasons as to why the claims should not be dismissed due to not having been actively pursued, the Respondent is in liquidation, and Mr Allen’s email confirms that no application has been made to restore it to the register. In the circumstances, there is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked.
