[1]The identity of the Respondent should be changed to Ministry of Defence;[2]That the Claimant’s claim of sex discrimination is withdrawn and is dismissed;[3]That the Claimant did not bring a claim under Part 2 Chapter 3 Equality Act 2010 (equal pay) in the view of the Tribunal, but in any event any such claim would be dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction under s121 Equality Act 2010;[4]That the Claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages is dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction under s192 Employment Rights Act 1996 (the version in Schedule 2 part 2 paragraph 16).
