Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £323.08 with an uplift of £80.77 for failing to follow the ACAS Code pursuant to S207A of the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.[2]The claim of disability discrimination succeeds and the remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy Hearing.
