JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint brought by the claimant under section 23 Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and a declaration is made to that effect.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £5,771.81 as followsa. £5,833.30 in respect of non-payment of wages for October 2018 and for 1-8 November 2018;b. £500 in respect of non-payment of car allowance for October 2018 and for 1-8 November 2018;c. £166.66 in respect of non-payment of wages for August 2018; andd. £166.66 in respect of non-payment of wages for September 2018. less a deduction in the sum of £894.81 in respect of holidays taken in excess of entitlement (£861.52) and overpayment made to the Claimant (£33.39).
