JUDGMENT
[1]Parties having agreed terms of settlement with the assistance of ACAS, these proceedings are stayed until 29th July 2019, to enable the parties to comply with those terms of settlement.[2]On 29th July 2019, the Claimant’s claims will be dismissed upon withdrawal, unless the Claimant has written to the Tribunal indicating she wishes these proceedings to continue.[3]If the Respondent fails to comply with the terms of settlement, it is essential that the Claimant writes to the Tribunal before 29th July 2019 – the effect of paragraph 2 of this Judgment means these proceedings will be automatically struck out, without the need for any further order or application, if the Tribunal has no further contact from the Claimant prior to that date. _________________________________ Employment Judge Howden-Evans Dated: 15th July 2019
