JUDGMENT
[1]The tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim of detriment on the grounds of having made a protected disclosure pursuant to section 47B Employment Rights Act 1996, the claimant’s complaint having been presented outside of the statutory time limit and the claimant failing to establish that it was not reasonably practicable for him to bring that complaint within the time limits.[2]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal pursuant to section 103A Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal pursuant to section 98 Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well founded and is dismissed.
