JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine the claimant’s claims of race discrimination and of an unauthorised deduction from her wages, by virtue of a settlement agreement dated 5th March 2021.[2]Alternatively:2.1 The claimant’s claims of race discrimination were presented out of time in circumstances where it would not be just and equitable to extend time to the date of presentation of her claim on 23rd February 2022;2.2 The claimant’s claim that the respondent made unauthorised deductions from her wages was presented out of time in circumstances where it was reasonably practicable for her to have presented it in time.[3]In consequence of the above judgments the claimant’s claims are dismissed.
