JUDGMENT

The claims are struck out.

REASONS

[1]The respondent company is in compulsory liquidation. The permission of the court has not been obtained for these proceedings to be instituted or continued as required by the Insolvency Act 1986. In addition, your claims against second respondent have been struck out as they have not been actively pursued.[2]The letter of 17 May 2023 and letter attached to the Tribunal’s email of 1 June 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to give written reasons within 14 days why the claims should not be struck out as it had not been actively pursued. The claimants have failed to give an acceptable reason.[3]The claims are therefore struck out.
