JUDGMENT
[1]By an Order sent to the parties on 4 July 2019, the Second Claimant was ordered to confirm whether she accepted that the Second Respondent, Ysgol Emmanuel, had been wrongly identified as a proper respondent.[2]By an email dated 13 July 2019, the Second Claimant noted that her claims be would run only against the First Respondent.[3]In the circumstances, the Second Claimant’s claim against the Second Respondent is dismissed on withdrawal.[4]All remaining claims, of both Claimants, will proceed as previously directed. . _____________________________ Employment Judge Jenkins Date:____5 November 2019_______
