[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed. The Respondents do pay compensation to the Claimant in the sum of £3,073.30. The sum is calculated as follows:-(i) Basic award £1,350.00 (12 weeks x £112.50)(ii) Loss of statutory rights £300(iii) Compensatory award from 4 October to 18 December 2017 £1,203.00(iv) ACAS uplift in respect of compensatory award £120.30(v) Expenses seeking alternative employment £100.[2]Employment Protection (recoupment of Job Seekers Allowance and Income Support) Regulations 1996 as amended apply. The grand monetary award is £3,073.30 the prescribed element is £1,203.00 the prescribed period is 4 October 2017 to 18 December 2017 the excess of the grand monetary award above the prescribed element is £1,870.30.
