JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims of indirect disability discrimination (s19 Equality Act 2010) and discrimination arising from disability (s.15 Equality Act 2010) are dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim of failure to make a reasonable adjustment for disability (s 20&21 Equality Act 2010) is well founded.[3]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed.[4]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the sum of £7,500 in respect of injury to feelings, as a consequence of the failure to make reasonable adjustments, together with interest of £1,655 (8% over 643 days) amounting to £9,155.00.
