JUDGMENT
The respondent having confirmed that it does not resist the claimant’s claims, and there being sufficient material before me to enable a proper determination to be made, I uphold the following claims: Statutory redundancy pay: £4,553.28 Compensatory Award: £13,153.92 The claimant is responsible for any income tax or employee national insurance contributions that may be due on the sums awarded in respect of unpaid wages and unpaid holiday pay. The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £1,160.00 in respect of the issue, hearing and reconsideration fees paid by the claimant in these proceedings.
