JUDGMENT

[1]The complaints of unfair dismissal and failure to provide written particulars of employment were not presented to the Tribunal before the end of the period of three months beginning with the effective date of termination.[2]It was reasonably practicable for the complaints of unfair dismissal and failure to provide written particulars of employment to be presented before the end of the period of three months beginning with the effective date of termination.[3]As such, the Tribunal cannot consider the complaints of unfair dismissal and failure to provide written particulars of employment, they have no reasonable prospects of success and the claim is hereby struck out.
