JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims that the respondent made unauthorised deductions from her wages, failed to pay to her holiday pay due on termination of employment, and that it breached her contract regarding notice of termination, are not well-founded, fail, and are dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim that the respondent failed to automatically enrol her in an occupational pension scheme is dismissed as the tribunal does not have jurisdiction (alleged non-compliance with applicable legislation being a matter for the Pensions Regulatory Authority). Ryan Date: 17.05.19[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s net wages in the sum of £999.53;[2]The respondent failed to pay to the claimant holiday pay due to her on termination of employment in the net sum of £475.60;[3]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment regarding notice of termination and is ordered to pay damages in the net sum of £274.70;[4]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars within eight weeks of commencement of employment, and is ordered to pay to the claimant two weeks wages in the net sum of £549.40.[5]in consequence of the above the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the total sum of £2,299.23.
