[1]In the absence of an ET3 response form from the respondent, the following claims brought by the claimant are upheld: Breach of Contract[2]Further the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £7,395.00 calculated as set out below.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £3,190 in compensation as calculated as set out below.
