EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 1600148/2017
Mr D BerrowClaimantSmooth Starts PlusRespondent
Employment Judge Beard DatedDate 27 October 2017

JUDGMENT

The claim of Unfair Dismissal is struck out as the Tribunal has no jurisdiction as the claimant has insufficient length of service. JUDGMENT The judgment of the tribunal is that:[1]It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to present his claims, of unpaid holiday pay dismissal and breach of contract within the time limits set out in statute, and the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear his claim which was presented after that period.[2]It was not reasonably practicable for the claimant to present his claims of unlawful deduction of wages within the time limits prescribed by statute and the claim was presented within a reasonable period thereafter.[3]The claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction of wages is well founded in the sum of £10.20. The respondent having paid that sum to the claimant on 9 June 2017 no further order is made.
