JUDGMENT
It is the decision of Employment Judge G Duncan that:[1]The time for the Respondent to present a response to the claim is extended pursuant to rule 20 of the Employment Tribunal Rules.[2]Accordingly, the Respondent is granted permission to rely upon the ET3 dated 8th December 2021 for the purpose of the hearing today.[3]The claim shall be amended by consent to include a claim for notice pay.[4]The Claimant’s claim in respect of unpaid bonus pay is well founded and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £400.[5]The Claimant’s claim in respect of unpaid notice pay is well founded and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £538.44[6]Accordingly, the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the total sum of £938.44 gross, subject to tax and national insurance. `
