[1]By consent the claimant’s claim of sex discrimination is well founded.[2]The claimant’s claim of discrimination on the basis of being a part time worker is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.[3]The claimant’s claim that the respondent to provide a statement of terms and conditions of employment is well founded.[4]The claimant is entitled to an uplift of 10% pursuant to section 207A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation on the above claims in the sum of £6,436.25 as calculated below.
