Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Wales Employment Tribunal on 28 January 2022. The Respondent has stated in its Form ET 3 received by the Tribunal on 27 April 2022 that it does not seek to defend the claim. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The Respondent has made unauthorized deductions from the Claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £463.32 gross.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £926.64.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £1389.96 in total.
