JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim is struck out, pursuant to Rule 37 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013.[2]The Claimant did not attend the hearing. The Tribunal proceeded to hear the Respondent’s application for strike out in the Claimant’s absence, pursuant to Rule 47 of the Rules. Efforts were made to contact the Claimant before the hearing proceeded. The Tribunal took into account also the Notice of Hearing sent to the Claimant by email and hard copy on 28th September 2022; and the Tribunal’s email to all parties on 17th October 2022, concerning today’s hearing.
