JUDGMENT
[1]By the respondent’s concession the claimant’s claims, that she suffered unauthorised deductions from her wages and that the respondent failed to pay to her holiday pay due on termination of her employment, are well-founded and succeed.[2]By the respondent’s concession when proceedings were begun the respondent was in breach of its duty to the claimant to give a written statement of the initial employment particulars.[3]The parties agreed a settlement of these claims whereby the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,581.73 subject to the usual statutory deductions (income tax/NI) in full and final settlement of all claims before the Tribunal and Awards the Tribunal may, or should, otherwise have made, by no later than 2nd July 2022. No award was made by the Tribunal.
