JUDGMENT

The respondent having confirmed that it does not resist the claimant’s claims, and there being sufficient material before me to enable a proper determination to be made, I uphold the following claims:  Unpaid holiday pay (gross): £281.08  Breach of contract – six weeks’ unpaid notice pay (net): £1,503.72  Statutory redundancy pay: £6,886.46 The claimant is responsible for any income tax or employee national insurance contributions that may be due on the sum awarded in respect of unpaid holiday pay. Pursuant to Rule 76(4) of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure, the respondent is also ordered to pay the claimant a further sum of £160 in respect of the issue fee incurred by the claimant in bringing his claim. I act in accordance with my powers under Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure 2013.
