JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was at all material times employed by the First Respondent.[2]The second Respondent is dismissed as a Respondent to these proceedings.[3]The First Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is order to pay to the Claimant the sum of £780.00.[4]The First Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant holiday pay and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £117.00.[5]The First Respondent was in breach of his duty to give a written statement of initial employment particulars under S1(1) Employment Rights Act 1996. The First Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £780.00 the sum of two week’s pay in accordance with S38 (3) Employment Act 2002.[6]The total payable to the Claimant by the First Respondent is £1677.00. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February
