In the absence of an ET3 response form from the respondent, and there being sufficient material before me to enable a proper determination to be made, I uphold the following claims: Statutory redundancy pay: Mr John Kettle: £5, 748 Mr Steven Williams: £5, 748 Mr Andrew Simons: £5, 269 Miss Nicola Merryfield: £900 Pursuant to Rule 76 (4) of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure, the respondent is also ordered to pay each claimant a further sum of £80 in respect of the issue fee of £320 incurred by the claimants in bringing their claims. .
