[1]By consent, the correct respondent is B2 Business Systems Limited. The claims against the second, third and fourth respondents are dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The Claimant has insufficient service to present an unfair dismissal claim. His claim against the first respondent is dismissed as the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear this claim. The employment judge explained her reasons for reaching this decision at the Hearing on 5th July 2018. Written reasons will not be provided unless requested within 14 days.
