JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant having withdrawn his claims of breach of contract in respect of notice pay, and his claim in respect of holiday pay those claims are dismissed. 2.On the respondent’s concession, the claimant’s claim that the respondent breached his contract regarding the payment of expenses succeeds; the respondent shall pay the claimant £26.86 in respect of this breach. 3.The respondent breached the claimant’s contract regarding the payment of bonuses and shall pay to the claimant £2,000 in respect of these breaches. 4.The respondent made unauthorised deductions form the claimant’s wages in the sum of £408.24.[5]It follows from the above that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £2,435.10.
