JUDGMENT
[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is that:[2]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages by failing to pay the Claimant the full amount of wages due between 1 August and 6 September 2021 and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £3,080.00 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[3]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the Claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of employment and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £876.00 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant additional compensation of £1,200.00 pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002 for failure to provide the Claimant with a written statement of employment particulars.
