The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is as follows.[1]The claim for unfair dismissal fails and is dismissed.[2]The claim for wrongful dismissal also fails and is dismissed.[3]The claim for religious discrimination and harassment also fails and is dismissed. Oral reasons for this judgment were given to the parties on 22nd January 2018. For the avoidance of doubt, the discrimination and harassment claims were based on the protected characteristic of religion only, and not on race. Case Number: 1600020/2017
