JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of equal pay as against the comparators Mr Thornburn and Mr Touhey are struck out.[2]The Claimant’s remaining claims will be determined at the preliminary hearing on 12 – 14 April 2021 and the full merits hearing on 13-24 September 2021.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 24 November 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of equal pay as against Mr Thornburn and Mr Touhey should not be struck out because• it has no reasonable prospect of success. The claimant has failed to make sufficient representations, why this should not be done. The complaints of equal pay against Mr Thornburn and Mr Touhey only therefore are struck out.
