JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of discrimination on ground of pregnancy and/or maternity contrary to section 18 equality act 2010, is dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The complaint of an unlawful deduction from wages and the complaint of a breach of contract in respect of nonpayment of an exam fee is dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant. For the avoidance of doubt the claimant continues to claim that the nonpayment of the exam fee was an act of race discrimination The claimant’s remaining claims of direct race discrimination and constructive unfair dismissal will proceed to hearing on 10,11,12,13, and 14 October 2022.
