JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant was wrongfully dismissed and is entitled to be paid 4 weeks’ notice pay, net.

[2]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages of £1750.00, gross.

[3]The Claimant’s claim that she was unfairly dismissed, is dismissed

[4]Each of the Claimant’s claims of unlawful discrimination contrary to the Equality Act 2010 are dismissed. Remedy

[1]The Respondent will pay the claim £1728.12 in respect of the 4 weeks notice pay, which is the figure net of tax and NI. (The gross figure is £2216.64)

[2]The Respondent having already paid the claimant the sum of £1275.64, will pay the balance of £474.36 in respect of the unlawful deduction from her wages.
