[1]The Claimant was a disabled person within the terms of s.6(1) Equality Act 2010 at the relevant time by reason of the impairment of rheumatoid arthritis which has a long-term substantial adverse affect on her day to day activities.[2]The claimant's claim of breach of contract is dismissed upon its withdrawal by the Claimant.[3]The Claimant's remaining claims of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination will now proceed to the full hearing fixed to commence on 5 December 2022 for which a clarification of the Respondent's reasons for dismissal and further directions were agreed with Counsel for the parties at the conclusion of this Preliminary Hearing which are attached.
