UPON the Respondent failing to attend or be represented at this hearing, AND UPON first considering the information available, the tribunal proceeded to hear the claim in the absence of the Respondent under Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013. The judgment of the tribunal is that the Claimant succeeds in her claims for accrued but unpaid holiday pay and for a statutory redundancy payment and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £306.50 (relating to 7 days of accrued holiday) and a redundancy payment of £525.44.
