[1]The Claimant was constructively unfairly dismissed by the Respondent on 22 September 2023.[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimant compensation in the sum of £5,389.65 within 14 days. The compensation is calculated as follows: Head of Loss Amount £ Basic Award 1,929.00[2]Loss of earnings (also failure to pay notice) 2,960.65[3]Loss of statutory rights 500.00 GRAND TOTAL 5,389.65 3. This claim does not address any claim for performance bonus payable in 2023. The intention is that the Claimant may pursue a claim for breach of Case Number: 1406338/2023 contract in respect of performance bonus in the County Court, if so advised.
