Further to the Unless Order sent to the parties on 14 August 2020 which was not complied with by 21 August 2020, the complaints under the Equality Act 2010 s9, s12 and s26 (Harassment) and s27 (Victimisation) have been dismissed under Rule 38. The claimant’s remaining claim(s) will proceed to hearing. The telephone case management hearing on 5th October 2020 has been vacated. The case will be listed for a 3 hours hearing (to deal with commission payments), notification of which will follow in due course.
