The claim for unlawful deduction of wages is struck out.

REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £400 following a preliminary hearing held on the 10th of August 2022 The Order was sent to the claimant on the 16th of August 2022. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of unlawful deduction of wages is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The remaining claims shall proceed to the hearing starting on the 31st of January 2022.
