JUDGMENT
[1]The correct name of the Respondent is Julie Rogers and Denise Collings t/a as Bubbles 2 and the record is amended accordingly.[2]The claimant having failed to attend, the Tribunal hearing proceeded in the absence of the claimant in accordance with Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal’s (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[3]The respondent not contesting the claim for holiday pay, the Respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £261.60 (5 days) holiday pay.[4]The remaining claims for arrears of pay and other payments fail and are dismissed.
