[1]On the 19th October 2021 the claimant was asked to tell the Tribunal whether she wished to proceed against the respondents in voluntary liquidation. She was asked to respond by 26 October 2021. The claimant did not respond.[2]On 8 December 2021 the tribunal wrote to the claimant telling her that Employment Judge Dawson was considering striking out her claim as she had not actively pursued it. She was asked to reply by 15 December 2021. To date no response has been received. The claim has not been actively pursued and is therefore struck out.
