[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is well-founded.

[2]The claimant’s application for reinstatement is refused.

[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the following sumsa. a basic award of £675.99,

b. a compensatory award of £3144.44

c. the sum of £241.88 pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002.
